Chicken is sold out but I still have some orders available for ham, cabbage and potatoes on Wednesday and the beef stew, chicken noodle soup and broccoli and cheese soup on Thursday.

I am the most inpatient baker on earth. I did not let my crust chill enough, hence ugly apple hand pies. But OMG, they are delicious. The crust is so flaky.

These would not win a beauty contest but they look yummy.
