Dr. Steven Solow and Dr. Scott Solow as well as their entire staff are doing a incredible job adjusting their facilities and practices to make it as safe as possible. You can tell as soon as you pull into the parking lot that they are prepared. The entire staff were all supplied with heavy duty PPE which I can assume wasn't cheap. Before you enter you are asked to answer questions and have your temperature taken to make... sure that no one with Covid or Covid symptoms should endanger the other patients and staff. Another addition to their Covid adjustment practices was the outdoor, AIR CONDITIONED tent at which my daughter received hand sanitizer and mouthwash, she explained to me that even though she only sat in the outdoor chair for what had to be at most 2 minutes they still sanitized the entire thing when she was finished. When she was inside she told me that the chairs inside were all covered in plastic to prevent the attachment of germs. Dr. Solow also personally explained to me that they had invested in UV disinfecting technology throughout their building and other high end air purification technologies. As our Wynnewood location has begun to reopen, our team has been working in overdrive to ensure the safety of our patients, families and staff remain essential. Our team has been going above and beyond to ensure this process provides everyone with a sense of ease as normalcy begins to instill, while also providing our patients with the very best dental experience-keeping their smiles healthy & bright! The last two months have been unlike anything we have ever encountered in our lifetimes. It has been stressful for sure, filled with uncertainty about what the future may hold. We are thankful for our health and the health of our families and friends and we are thinking and praying for the people whose lives have been negatively impacted by this pandemic. However, it is time to restore our way of life in a careful and responsible manner. While we are excited to get back to the office (we miss our patients!), we’ve spent the past 8 weeks reading, researching, learning, and discussing how we can best serve our patients as safely as possible. Our team took advantage of today's warmer weather and spent the afternoon reviewing all proper protocols to ensure the safety and health of our families when the office reopens.

On Wednesday March 18th, we received an email from a family of which their children have been patients for 13 years- Mr. Myers. His email simply stated that there was a shortage of supplies at CHOP ER, to which Mrs. Myers was an attending and asked if we had any extra supplies we could donate such as gloves or masks. Our amazing Team immediately took to action and knew we had to help! While practicing 'social distancing', four cases of gloves were left for Mr. Myers to pick up and off they went to CHOP with hopes that our small donation would hopefully be somewhat of a help. Simply put, our patients are our family and the Philadelphia community is our home! Together, we can #FlattenTheCurve We can't thank Mrs. Myers enough for her kind words of gratitude! We truly are lucky to live in a community with amazing support!

Our girls are doing their very best to keep spirits high and share some great tips on how to keep healthy! -Try to avoid close contact with others (6ft rule). -Frequently wash your hands for 30 seconds. -Clean and disinfect surfaces. -Stay positive and keep smiling.... PATIENT SPOTLIGHT Today we celebrate one of City Line Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics longest patients, Ms. Dolores Harrell and her adorable daughter and patient; Aubrey Harrell. Thirty-eight years ago, Dolores shared her beautiful smile with Dr. Steve Solow for the very first time. Twenty-five years later, she shared the smiles of her children with us; to which is a true honor and compliment. ... Dr. Steve Solow, Dr. Scott Solow & the Team can't thank Ms. Harrell enough for trusting in us for both her and her children's dental care for many years past & many years to come!

*Patient Spotlight* Kelly Finegan has been a patient of City Line Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics since 2009. She began her Orthodontic treatment in 2016, to which was completed in late 2018. Her smile continues to shine bright with her consistent dental hygiene practices at home and regular 6 month visits to Dr. Steve Solow, Dr. Scott Solow and the team. Her smile is contagious and her beauty- flawless. We have numerous patients that do just the same as Kelly. We couldn't be more proud of our patients for their at home efforts and look forward to continuing their dental care in-office!
