Seeking property maintenance person. Must be versatile! Must possess experience in Plumbing HVAC and Appliance repair Responsibilities include but are not limited to experience with plumbing both water and sewer new installation and repairs, hot water and forced air furnace installation, maintenance and repair, repairs including rebuilding toilets, replacing faucets changing filters ,replacing hot water tanks, unclogging drains. Experience in electrical including replacing ...light fixtures, switches, and outlets. Must be willing to do properly clean outs and general cleaning when tenants move out. Other preferred skills include painting, drywall and plaster repairs, flooring installation and repair. roofing repairs.
