#NationalMuttDay Here is a beautiful story from one of our General Managers that loves animals. I have been rescuing and adopting dogs my entire life. Currently the proud mom of ten four legged canine friends and one confused cat (who we refer to as... catdog). I am lucky because I live in the country and am able to have this lifestyle to give these wonderful animals another chance. All of my animals are either adopted or rehomed to me. I have everything from the normal lab mix to a great pyrenees. I also have a deaf boxer and several heinz 57 dogs. My animals keep me sane in this crazy time with their unconditional love and extreme crazy antics. My pair of great dane and pit bull mixes tend quite humorous especially with their love of fruit (all my babies eat weird things). My white one is referred to as the great white shark because she will jump higher than any other dog to snatch her prize when I am cutting fruit or veggies in the kitchen. My deaf boxer has the infamous red light addiction that most boxers have, where he will chase the light until he can not see straight anymore. Basically they all have their own individual personality that makes them special. If ever considering getting a four legged friend please consider adopting and not shopping for one because there are more than enough wonderful mutts looking for a mommy or daddy.
