New Instructor Alert!! Our team just keeps getting better Judy is new to the CP Wexford Instructor team, but has worked in the fitness industry for several decades! She is passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with others as she knows first hand how Pilates' precise, controlled movements have improved her own physical health! In addition to Pilates, she has certifications in Group Exercise, Personal Training, Balance and Mobility Specialist, Senior Fitness and Exercises for Chronic Diseases and Disabilities, as well as Rehabilitative Exercise.
