Last week we celebrated our President and CEO's 50 years with Colony! Starting out right after time with the Army Reserves Fred has seen Colony through its biggest moments including the 2008 economic crisis, a re-branding and name change, and currently through the global pandemic. His biggest thanks went out to the employees of Colony who make the company really what it is. Happy Thanksgiving from our team to yours. 2020 has been a rollercoaster of a year, but we are so thankful for the good moments that keep us all carrying on. In observance of the holiday we will be closed Thursday and Friday. Pictured below is Fred with his daughter Katie and son Danny, both employees of Colony in front of a new employee recognition wall in the front lobby. When we go to do scheduled maintenance for a warehouse shutdown it takes a lot of hours leading up to that shutdown to make sure we have the parts we need to get the job done. Our in-house service techs inventory every machine including the tapeheads and make a complete list of every single part that is worn and needs to be replaced.
