It's been nearly a year since I've been active here - it's been quite a year for my family, as I imagine it has been for you too. I'd like to re-introduce myself. My name is Andy and I'm the owner of Compass Counseling, which is located right outside Skippack, PA. I have a four-year-old and a one-year-old and I'm married to a beautiful woman named Courtney; together we manage the small farm we moved to last summer. At Compass we work with individuals and couples, and I particularly enjoy helping couples get to a place of joy and peace in their relationships. Reach out to [email protected] for more information or to book a session.

Having a blast on this beautiful evening with some incredible people. Thank you to all our first responders who serve our community with their lives. We all can work together to build a better society. Big thanks to Harleysville Community Fire Company for coming and letting us see their trucks tonight!

All month I've been sharing tips to boost your mental health. These may be helpful when you're a bit stressed or having trouble focusing. They are, however, NOT the cure for something like depression. If you would like to talk more, feel free to reach out to [email protected] to schedule a free phone consultation.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so I've been sharing a tip to boost your mental health every Wednesday. Here's your last one for the month: Find a part of your life that is often a source of stress and see if you can systemize or streamline it. For example, if getting out the door in the morning is hard for you or your family, try meal prepping once a week or laying out your clothing the night before. These little changes can add up to a lot less anxiety.
