Console Mattiacci Law is proud to highlight one of our attorneys Fernando Rivera, Esq. whose unwavering commitment to the legal profession and the Hispanic community has resulted in his nomination for the Kline School of Law Outstanding Alumni Award. Fernando Rivera is a proud member of The Kline School of Law's Class of 2014. Since then, Fernando has worked hard to become a well-respected member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, who has made a name for himself as a fa...ir, professional, and devoted attorney. He has been recognized by his peers and voted as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for the past three years. Mr. Rivera specializes in representing current and former employees in discrimination and Civil Rights matters in Federal and State court. Fernando is also an active member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania, where he currently serves as the Vice President. In 2018, he served as President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania's Legal Education Fund, which raised over $90,000 and awarded $33,00 in scholarships to local area law students that year. As a Kline School of Law student, Fernando was a Founding Board Member of the School's Labor & Employment Law Society. #HispanicHeritageMonth
