Morning Foodservice Prep (4:45 am to 1:00 pm) Monday thru Friday Location: 879 4th Avenue, Coraopolis, PA 15108 1. Ensure that food products are prepared, maintained, and available as required for each shift.... 2. Ensure that Uber-Eats orders are effectively processed. 3. Take a weekly food service inventory. 4. Ensure that the coffee area is cleaned and maintained and that fresh coffee, fountain drinks, and slushie products are always available. 5. Ensure the Grab-n-Go and is fully stocked, and out-of-dates are removed and written off according to company policy. 6. Ensure that all food items are correctly dated according to manufacturer recommendations and company policy. 7. It is required that all foodservice team members wear masks, gloves, an apron, and an appropriate hat, hairnet, or visor when preparing and serving food. 8. It is required that all foodservice team members follow all cleaning and sanitizing policies when preparing & serving food. 9. It is required that the food service area be cleaned and sanitized every day. 10. It is required that all equipment be properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized after each use. 11.
