A counter-serve restaurant serving prepared Indian meals from hot bar and specialty drinks. Duties & Responsibilities : Multi Tasking hot food set up, Cashiers, Food Serve & handlers. Following plated food serving accurately,maintaining food temperatures, serving plated meals and handling POS system. Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while receiving orders and serving food. Food Safety Certification preferred. Other Duties Keep work area clean a free of spills and food. Following sanitation standards including light pot & pan washing and utensils throughout the day. Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to Cross Culture sanitation guidelines. Requirements: Warm, friendly personality An ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and following directions from other team members. Excellent communication skills Ability to work as a team. Strong work ethic. Ability to be trained in all areas of the kitchen and line. Experience is not required, but an eagerness to learn is a must! At Cross Culture be prepared to work independently,efficiently and as a team. All of our crew will play the role of setting up the hot food bar, cashier, counter-serve and light dish wash, so be prepared to learn multiple tasks. Cross Culture - Buckingham is NOW OPEN. We are serving Lunch & Dinner 11:30 AM - 9 PM Monday - Thursday . Friday & Saturday 11:30 AM -10 PM. Sunday Noon - 9 PM.
