Equality is one of the strongest values we have at our gym. Our community values and bond is much greater than the words and actions of one man. We abhor the statements and actions made by Greg Glassman over the weekend. These are not our values and we do not stand by his comments. We understand that this is a tough time for everyone involved. At this time, we are not going to rush to any rash decisions until CFHQ responds and we have more clarity of what the future will look like

What happened on 5/25 was a travesty and unacceptable. The divide in this country is only getting larger, a divided house cannot stand. Doing a workout isn't going to change anything, but learning about the divide and listening will. Before the workout tomorrow our hope is everyone reads or listens to something that makes them uncomfortable. Education is the foundation of change. #blacklivesmatter #ripgeorgefloyd
