THURSDAY, November 12th The Vineyard Encounter: Often God will give you more than just an order of what to do He will help you help you understand how things work, so that you can make wise choices on your own. Knowledge may be able to move us along, but in the end only the gift of God's wisdom can take us where we need to go. . WEDNESDAY, November 11th The Vineyard Encounter: The world around us offers situational wisdom. For example, a person without Godly wisdom thinks it is okay to tell a small lie if the end justifies the means. But God’s instructions teach us to avoid the deceptive philosophies of this world. Want answers now? That only comes from insight from above. . The Word > Reading: Colossians 2:2-12... > I am contending for you that your hearts will be wrapped in the comfort of heaven and woven together into love’s fabric. This will give you access to all the riches of God as you experience the revelation of God’s great mysteryChrist. TUESDAY, November 10th The Vineyard Encounter: We’ve all made mistakes that wouldn’t have happened if we had asked someone that knew the right way to do it. But only God knows everything about us every situation we will ever face. The Lord gives guidance for our lives through the Words of the Holy Spirit and the lives of trusted believers. . The Word > Reading: James 3:2; 9-18... > Are there any of you who are wise and understanding? You are to prove it by your good life, by your good deeds performed with humility and wisdom. But if in your heart you are jealous, bitter, and selfish, don't sin against the truth by boasting of your wisdom. Such wisdom does not come down from heaven; it belongs to the world, it is unspiritual and demonic. Where there is jealousy and selfishness, there is also disorder and every kind of evil. But the wisdom from above is pure first of all; it is also peaceful, gentle, and friendly; it is full of compassion and produces a harvest of good deeds; it is free from prejudice and hypocrisy. And goodness is the harvest that is produced from the seeds the peacemakers plant in peace. See more

MONDAY, November 9th The Vineyard Encounter: We live in the Information Age. Yet He knows you need more than just information. What we really need and lack is wisdom. And God is the only source of true wisdom. Therefore He has resolved to be your personal instructor so that all His wisdom will be freely given. But if we don’t have the fear the reverence of God, having all His wisdom would make us disobedient. Learn to trust to God’s words and ways. . SUNDAY, November 1st The Vineyard Encounter: We often consider being filled with the Holy Spirit as a spiritual condition. It is that - and more. God provides the indwelling of the Holy Spirit to give us practical daily access as our counselor, comforter, guide and strength. Be continuously filled with the Holy Spirit. We need Him at all times. . The Word > Reading: Ephesians 5:5-20... > Don’t get drunk with wine, which is rebellion; instead be filled with the fullness of the Holy Spirit. And your hearts will overflow with a joyful song to the Lord Jehovah. Keep speaking to each other with words of Scripture, singing the Psalms with praises and spontaneous songs given by the Spirit! SATURDAY, November 7th The Vineyard Encounter: For all of us, there are some things that we say, or even think, that we would not want Jesus to hear. But He knows it all anyway! Just decide in advance that that you will give Him access in every area of your life. Only then can He forgive and restore. When Jesus is Lord of all, Satan has no way in! . The Word > Reading: Colossians 2:6-15 ... > And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.
