This caring young lady, Mackenzie "Mac" Bezner, did something extraordinary. She organized and made over 679 holiday cards for Berks County Law Enforcement Officers. A card for every Officer in Berks! Today Cumru Township PD got their cards. What a special gift from a special young lady. Thank you!

UPDATE: Subject has been identified. CTPD is attempting to identify the male pictured below relative to a hit & run that occurred on 10/11/20 at Giant, 600 E. Lancaster Ave. If you can identify him please contact CTPD at 610-777-9595.

CTPD is looking to identify the 4 individuals pictured below regarding a retail theft that occurred at Sheetz, 2246 Lancaster Pike, on 11/7/2020. If you can identify any of the individuals please contact the Cumru Township Police Department at 610-777-9595.

We would like to thank everyone who has viewed and engaged this popular post. Social media is an invaluable tool in Law Enforcement. We would like to further explain since it is so popular. Cumru Police received a complaint which prompted our request for assistance in identifying the individuals. Since most of those who commented on the original post are not from this area, here in Cumru when we receive complaints we tend to try and resolve issues even if they are not crim...es of the century. Once they were identified we took the opportunity to inform them of the potential dangers in this activity which served as a verbal warning. A successful outcome was realized by all. UPDATE: Subjects have been identified. CTPD is attempting to identify the males pictured below relative to traffic violations that occurred August 20th on Old Lancaster Pike.
