Puffy winter coats should not be worn underneath a car seat harness. Bulky clothing can leave the harness too loose to be effective in a crash. Instead, have yo...ur child wear a lightweight jacket to ensure that their harness fits snugly, and cover them with a blanket. #ChildSafety #PAWinter See more
