In honor of #womenshistorymonth2021, our office would like to honor Inspector Michelle Conte! She was born and raised in the City of Chester. Her father was a Chester Police Officer and her mom was a teacher in Chester Upland School District. Inspector Conte began her career as a legal assistant. She rose through the ranks at our office, as a Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, and Inspector. She is the first female in history to hold the ranks of Lieutenant, Captain, and Inspecto...r. Inspector Conte currently is our accreditation manager for DCSO; instrumental in getting office first accredited in 6/06/2012 as an recognized law enforcement agency through the state and has done so to date! She graduated from Chichester HS and Widener University; majoring in Government Politics. She has dedicated time to performe Civic duty in Lower Chichester Township as School Board member, Committeewoman, and Commissioner prior to becoming a parent. She currently works part-time with Lower Chichester Police Department. She is raising three children which she has deemed her greatest achievement. A little statement from our Inspector, It definitely has been an interesting career in a male dominant field; hopefully I’m setting a good example for my daughter and other women that’s it’s okay to be strong and supportive of each other. We need help locating 13-year-old Jalen Maxwell. He was last seen at his home in the Wissinoming section of the city at 6:45 am. Jalen is 13-years-old 5'4", ...110 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He is believed to be wearing a green Children's Place jacket with fur around the hood, red and black Adidas sneakers, and a blue & black backpack with multiple zippers and pockets. Anyone with information on Jalen Maxwell's whereabouts is asked to contact Northeast Detectives at 215-686-3153 or call 911.

The Tinicum Township Police and the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office have issued an arrest warrant for William GABE, Jr., a 31-year-old male from Wal...lingford, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The warrant is for Drug Delivery Resulting in Death along with Involuntary Manslaughter. On 07/14/2020 a sixteen-year-old female from Prospect Park died at the Red Roof Inn in Essington as a result of an overdose from fentanyl. It is believed that GABE provided the fentanyl and attempted to destroy evidence pertaining to the death. Tinicum Township Police are requesting that anyone who knows the whereabouts of GABE call the Tinicum Township Police Department at 610-521-3830 or Detectives David Tyler or Michele Deery of the Criminal Investigations Division at 610-891-4197 or 610-891-8745.
