Times are crazy, right? So thankful & blessed to be able to work from home--so many benefits: Get to be with my family, love the freedom of being in control of my schedule & life! :) Hey if I am hungry, I can get food--if I need some therapy, I can mess with my plants, or go outside for a walk in the sun, etc. Anyone interested in figuring out a home-based business you could work into your life? Not only do these natural chemicals pick up your mood, but they also help relax your body and lower physical pain.

During this time of uncertainty, I have been getting lots of hugs! Hopefully, you can find a safe person to hug because hugs are definitely healthy for us! What are you doing to stay healthy doing these crazy times? Are you reducing your intake of process foods & sugar? That will definitely be better for a healthier immune system! Are you fitting in walks, and more exercise? Are you spending more time outside in nature?... BTW, It's interesting that runners have been linked to more positive C0V1D outcomes.
