Happy Thanksgiving everyone

So the 2020 season for DK Motorsports has come to an end. This season was short lived due to the scam-demic covid 19. However, the racing we got to do was enjoyable. We would like to thank a few people. Wade @ Iron Mountain garage for all the parts you provided with the trucks and cars , and the loaner tools and all the hands on help. Its greatly appreciated. Tom & Jan Brunson @ Brunson Construction. Relentless hours wrenching, setups, and parts couldn't of done it with out y...ou guys. Wheeler Brunson for the hard work and dedication getting the car fixed up and back on the track. Matt Keister for the sweet setup. What a night of racing . Daren was finally able to shake that bad luck off and drove to a 4th place finish in the heat race and then drove from 9th to a solid 4th place finish in the feature Definitely proud of ya brother !! Tom Brunson wheeled the #0 tonight finished 3rd in the heat which put him in for the redraw. Pulled #5 starting position for the feature . Tom was running fifth when another driver hooked the back bumper pushing them both to the wall . Tom got a right fr...ont flat . He pulled in to get it changed and I wasnt standing where I should of been he didn't see me so he pulled it into the trailer . The cars in one piece still very happy with how he wheeled the #0 can't wait til Aug 15 when he wheels it again .. thank you everyone who helped us get to where we are today and thank you to wheeler , Willie , Duane, Cody , Zach and everyone else that helped tonight. It's race day for the DK Motorsports team. We have a couple people to thank for getting us ready . Johnny Palm has been at our shop just as much as we have helping with both cars . I'd like to thank Terror Farm for joining DK Motorsports #0 Roadrunner for the 2020 season. Terror Farm is located in Newport,Pa and is a wild intense walk threw haunted house. No short cuts have been taken with this Haunted House as 2020 will be there 3rd year in operation and then have already firmly planted there foot in the Haunt industry. The 2020 season will be here before you know it !! We're almost ready to go pick up the newest car to our team . We will set our sites on Selinsgrove Speedway for the 2020 season . Schedule was released today and we are on the board for 11 races. We may venture to Baps Motor Speedway a couple times as well as make the haul with one of the cars to Big Diamond and maybe Lincoln. All depends on funds as we are sole contributers to our racing habit. With that being said we are looking for sponsors for the 2020 season . So everyone's been asking .... I wasn't gonna put it out there but since so many asked , Yes Kevin Dobson will return to the seat in 2020 It wouldn't be DK Motorsports with out my best friend and teammate Daren Rice , Daren will return to the seat for 2020 as well . We're hoping for an epic return . 2 cars1owner hard work and dedication .. hopefully we get good news form selinsgrove

Kevin Dobson took a wild ride last night in his go kart in the animal 375 class at Seven Stars Speedway . He got spun out and went into the wall backwards. Climbed the hay bails and ending up flipping his kart. Luckily he walked away from it with just cuts and bruises . Thank you to all of the safety and track crews for getting to him quickly. A shout out to miles Burd , Randy Stewart for running to Kevin and assisting getting him out of the kart. Daren Rice charged threw the field and got spun. Went to the rear and came back up threw just to get spun out again. It was a beat and bang fest up there last night with a very dry track condition . Hope all drivers that were in wrecks last night are doin ok. Really hoping the little boy that was taken by ambulance is ok. Rough night of racing for sure
