We are NOW Hiring 2nd shift CNC Mill and Lathe positions!!! 2nd shift premiums apply! Do you have experience in CNC Machining, Milling or Lathe Operation? Have you worked in an environment with high tolerances and exotic materials? The D. L. Martin Company in Mercersburg, PA is actively seeking highly skilled CNC machinists.... Candidates should be experienced with various machines including but not limited to, saws, engine lathes, turret lathes, drills, milling machines, NC and CNC machines. Ideal candidates would have a high degree of skill and expertise including but not limited to experience with exotic materials, tight tolerances and minor to major programming changes. The individuals we are seeking are required to efficiently and productively: *Interpret complex blueprints, including GD&T and/or Mazatrol, to determine sequence of operations in machining a variety of parts. *Set-up, fixture and machine all of the required features on a variety of parts on lathes and mills to specified requirements and tolerances. *Utilize multiple set-ups to machine parts with a variety of features to specified requirements and tolerances. *Use inspection and measuring tools and equipment to verify conformance to specified requirements and tolerances. *Communicate well and work well with others; specifically those who are involved or contribute in producing parts that you are assigned or co-assigned to machine. WE ARE HIRING FULL-TIME ASSOCIATES NOW for 2nd SHIFT at our Mercersburg, PA facility!!! COMPETITIVE WAGES AND BENEFITS! 2nd Shift qualifies for shift premium! This position is a full time position at the Mercersburg, PA Facility of D. L. Martin Company. We offer competitive wages and benefits!... The ideal candidate will be able to set up and operate various press brakes to bend parts meeting company quality standards. Responsibilities include: * Work from manufacturing information, computer information, work instructions, drawings, sketches, and written and/or oral instructions. * Operate / Set up multiple press brakes. * Program light curtains for safety standards. * Build new programs/Edit existing programs to meet quality standards for breaking all parts. * Select the proper tooling, bend and or hem parts per drawing specifications. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * 2 years of prior fabrication experience *Ability to read drawings and use inspection equipment

Responsibilities include: * Work from manufacturing information, computer information, work instructions, drawings, sketches, and written and/or oral instructions. * Operate / Set up multiple press brakes. * Program light curtains for safety standards. * Build new programs/Edit existing programs to meet quality standards for breaking all parts. * Select the proper tooling, bend and or hem parts per drawing specifications.
