Prenatal adjustments facilitate pelvic alignment and release the fascia around the pelvis and the diaphragm. In turn, it balances the pelvic muscles and ligaments, reduces torsion to the uterus, and optimizes fetal positioning. This tends to make labor and delivery so much easier. Not to mention, mama feels so much better!

So exciting! You may not be able to tell but under the mask I am SMILING, because ..... happy YELLOW PHASE Lackawanna County! It’s been a long few weeks and although we still must take all precautions, I hope we are in the home stretch and can resume some safe normalcy soon.... What does this mean for US? Well, while in red we were allowed to treat acute care and urgent appointments only. Now, chiropractors in yellow counties will be able to perform ALL CARE for their patients (elective AND non-elective services and procedures). Next week will be back to the normal schedule I previously had (Monday Wednesday Thursday) but please still be patient with scheduling as I am going to have to make up for some lost time! Please remember, we still need to wear masks, and take time for extra disinfecting procedures.
