CLOSING INFORMATION: To our wonderful family of patients, We here at Dr. Caren Franz Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics are well aware of the current situation for our team, for our community, and most importantly for our patients.... After careful consideration, we have decided to CLOSE our office to all non-emergency dental procedures effective Monday, March 16, 2020. This includes cancellation of cleanings, elective orthodontic treatment, routine extractions and fillings. We will call each and every patient to reschedule at this time. Unfortunately, as you all know, we do not know how long this will last. We are following local, state, and federal guidelines as they are updated. We will remain on-call and available to see any true dental emergencies from our office for established patients. For any non-urgent questions, please e-mail us at [email protected] This decision was not an easy one. As you know, our patients are our foremost concern. It is for their safety, the health and safety of our staff and the goal of reducing the overall exposure curve of the virus that we came to this difficult solution.
