Open spots for April 4, 8:30-12pm. Connect the Dots-Handling Lines The "Connect the Dots" workshop, on April 3 is FULL with a Wait list. Due to high interest, this workshop will be repeated Sunday morning, April 4, 8:30-12noon. Sign up for a working spot for 4/4. Waitlist available for both days. Auditing available for both days. Limited to 8 working spots each day. CONNECT THE DOTS- OneMind Dogs! has a saying, Handling happens between the obstacles. As handlers we should ...be handling the lines between obstacles cueing our dogs along those lines that connect the obstacles on a course. In other words, as handlers we connect the dots for the dog. When you guide your dog through a course are you handling the lines or the obstacles? Do you run toward each obstacle until you see your dog perform it making it hard to get ahead? Does your dog pull off an obstacle when you try to leave to get ahead? Does your dog take off course obstacles you did not intend? This workshop will help you learn how to see and handle lines, not obstacles, and connect the dots for your dog. "Connect the Dots" agility workshop is offered Saturday April 3 at 2pm-5:30pm. We will '"Connect the Dots" with sequences using only jumps and tunnels. All dogs must be able to perform sequences of 10-15 obstacles. Young dogs welcomed. Limited to 8 working spots.
