DARC is excited to introduce our new #selfdefense courses for #women and Kids Safe: Self Defense for Children. Instructor Anne Kirk, from the Krav Maga school, will teach you how to keep yourself or your child safe. In the women's self defense course, you will learn common combative and defenses used in Krav Maga. Most importantly, you will learn awareness and the mindset of a survivor.
