We feel overjoyed and relieved to announce the addition of Licensed Massage Therapist, Elizabeth Brunner, to E3 Health and Wellness. Elizabeth came to us as a referral from a dear friend familiar with the quality of therapist we were looking to add to the practice. Upon meeting, we were moved by her genuine and caring spirit. Throughout our intensive interview and trial period process we were impressed by her patience and commitment to integrity matched by our own to ensure ...we both made the right move - for us and clients alike. And while she has only been in practice for one year, we find her massage fundamentals beyond that of a beginner, attributed to a fierce and dedicated spirit of someone doing something that they truly love. To make matters better, she is hungry to learn and eager to serve you. A little background: Elizabeth is a graduate of BTI Technical School and has been practicing Therapeutic Massage for a little over a year. She is committed to educating her clients on the benefits of massage, especially when they choose to make it a part of their committed, healthy lifestyle. She believes massage is one of the most powerful forms of touch, tailoring every massage session towards the individual needs of each client by utilizing multiple modalities to get the best results. Through her caring, therapeutic touch Elizabeth helps clients to relax, heal, balance and let go, enhancing overall peace and well-being. She is a proud mother of six and in her spare time, loves to scrapbook, draw and hike with her kids! A few words from Elizabeth: "I began my career in massage therapy because of my passion to help others. It is a beautiful thing when your career and passion come together. In alignment with E3, I don't work to simply make you feel good, but rather for you to feel better. Each month we meet to discuss a topic related to health and weight loss, share tips, resources, questions, support, and refreshments.
