Flash Sale Alert! Organic asparagus is just $2.99/lb while supplies last (that $5 off/lb!). Easy Oven Roasted Asparagus: 1. Rinse and dry asparagus; snap off any woody end, leaving as much of the green spear as possible. 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.... 3. Lay asparagus in single layer on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. 4. Roast 5-7 minutes for skinny spears or 8-10 minutes for thicker spears. 5. Remove from heat and serve. Note: Lemon, garlic, parmesan cheese, pine nuts, balsamic, and bacon all make great flavor pairings.
