The Eastwood Inn has been serving the Laurel Highlands for over 90 years, we want our next 5 years to push the culinary envelope and expand our customer base even further. We have new opportunities to serve the public with open kitchen, private dinner functions as our new space, Getaway Café launches this year. Very exciting. The person to best fill this role will exhibit great customer service behind the bar and great organizational skills in stocking and planning orders and inventory. A wide ranging schedule may include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or special events on any given day. From stocking shelves to meeting sales reps your 35-40 hours per week will offer a creative and professional outlet. Current knowledge of wine and cocktail trends is imperative. The ideal candidate comes with a cocktail repertoire and an understanding of food and wine pairings. At The Eastwood Inn, our guests’ experience is our focus, your role in service needs to be exquisite.

This will be a great position for any person who loves details. Plan on a fairly regular, 9:00 - 5:00 schedule with the possible exception for a special event. Many weekend days will be included. Scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, combined with on-the-spot cleaning jobs will fill 35-40 hours per week. Most work will be spent indoors but seasonal outdoor grounds maintenance will also be part of this job. Food handling knowledge will be a plus when applying as much of your cleaning tasks will be in and around the kitchen. This will be a self-managed and highly active job so pride & integrity in your work is absolutely necessary. Our guests’ first impression is determined by the effort you put in so this job comes with great responsibility.
