Elite Therapy has hired a new Physical Therapist! We are please to announce that Dr. Trisha Hand is a member of our Elite family. Trisha is a Wellsboro high graduate who moved back to Tioga county after completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy training at Misericordia University in Dallas Pa.
