Th...e interruption is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2020 between 8:00am - 4:00pm. A total of 986 customers will be impacted while West Penn Power performs work to improve service reliability. A call will be made to each customer's phone number as listed on their electric account via the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
