Just a reminder our technique classes begin today! These are for swimmers who would like to work on their strokes during the break. The lessons are offered on Mondays (21st & 28th), Tuesdays (22nd & 29th) and Wednesdays (23rd and 30th) between 5pm and 8pm. Coach Seth and Coach Phil will be the instructors for these lessons.
