Spaghetti Dinner and Chinese Auction Benefit for Lori and Jessica Pickering Sunday, March 25th from 4-7 PM Heilman Lutheran Church $8 adults and $5 kids under 12. Dinner includes a drink, salad, and dessert. There will also be a Chinese auction and 50/50 raffle.

Ash Wednesday Service will be held at Grace on Wednesday, February 14th at 7 PM.

A Valentine’s Day Party will be held on Saturday, February 10th at Emmanuel at 6 PM. Bring a $2 gift to share, covered dish, salad, or dessert.

Christmas Eve service will be held at 10 PM on Sunday, December 24th. Please join us.

ADVENT LUNCHEONS - Wednesdays in December As part of our new beginning and anticipation for what may come, we have decided to do Advent luncheons at Grace and Emmanuel Heilman. There will be a very brief worship at noon, followed by lunch on these dates: 12pm Wednesday December 6th at Grace 12 pm Wednesday December 13th at Emmanuel Heilman 12 pm Wednesday December 20th at Grace

Meet and Greet Luncheon: On December 17th, Reverend Peter Asplin, the new Assistant to the Bishop, will be assisting Pastor Jack during the service. Following the service, we will have a meet & greet soup and sandwich luncheon. Please bring soup or sandwiches to share.

Family Christmas Dinner: On December 9, you are invited to the annual WELCA family Christmas fellowship dinner at 6 p.m. Beverages and meat will be provided. Please bring a covered dish, salad, or dessert to share. A sign-up sheet will be passed soon.

Operation Christmas Child: Shoeboxes are once again being collected for this international Samaritan's Purse project. Pamphlets are on the credenza in the back if you need instructions on packing a box or if you just need labels. The cost to ship each box has risen to $9. If you don't have the time to pack a box, you could always participate by donating towards the cost of shipping. All monetary donations should be given to Tracey Z. Also, any questions can be directed to Tracey Z or any member of the Outreach Committee. Boxes are due November 12.
