Here is Emma, preparing some side salads this past week for a large table of Susquehanna University graduates! This weekend, we congratulate all the graduating seniors from Bucknell University! Happy graduation to all!!! We have some wonderful specials today and tomorrow (Saturday and Sunday) to help you celebrate your graduation - or just to enjoy while spending a night out on the town with friends and loved ones. Andouille Sausage Risotto with spinach, bacon, parmesan chees...e, and mushrooms, served with a side salad Chorizo Quesadilla with sauerkraut and onions, and cheddar and Swiss cheeses, served with a side of mashed potatoes Mediterranean Lamb Chop Squad with grilled asparagus and tomatoes, and a red wine vinaigrette
