Over 500 Equitrans Midstream employees participated in a Distracted Driving Awareness presentation last week. Our guest speaker, Joel Feldman, shared some very powerful and personal messaging, along with several important reminders that focus on how to change your driving behaviors to better ensure your safety, the safety of your passengers, as well as the safety of everyone on the road. This year, E-Train is placing additional emphasis on vehicle safety through our company-wide Distracted Driving Awareness initiative. We all have a personal responsibility to think about and exercise safe driving habits every time we get into our vehicles. As always, safety remains our top priority above all else.

More than 25 Equitrans Midstream employees volunteered for a two-day project to benefit the Habitat for Humanity ReStore Initiative. Our volunteers worked together to salvage five truckloads of gently-used building materials, such as windows, fixtures, appliances, furniture and housewares, at a Washington County house set for demolition. These building materials were safely removed and transported to Habitat’s retail store, where they will be used for future construction projects or sold to local families to complete affordable home improvement projects. E-Train is proud to support our local communities and provide volunteer opportunities for employees to give back in the areas where we live and work!
