As I prepare for my first Full distance Tri, and attempt to crack the code on race nutrition, I'm really appreciating all that IRONMAN does to prepare its athletes. From the very basic step of communicating exactly what is to be expected at each aid station, to the articles like these that can guide just about anyone approaching this challenge for the first time. Secondly its a pretty amazing to direct a race myself and know "we can do that" .. but better! ;) #wallymantri
