Our office on Centerville Road is open daily, but please call ahead to let us know if you are coming by.... What are your business hours? Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM. What should customers expect when doing business with you? We strive to provide the same quality service and responsiveness as always. Our teams are fully functional and capable of supporting your marketing and IT needs, regardless of where we are working. What safety procedures are in place? For the safety of our team, most of us are working remotely, however we have procedures in place to ensure that frequent cleaning and social distancing occur when we are in the office. If you would like to meet in person, we will wear masks and maintain 6 ft of social distance whenever possible. How are you delivering your products/services? We will schedule meetings with you via telephone or Zoom, unless you request an in-person meeting. Our IT team can handle 90% of issues remotely, but our techs will schedule on-site visits to handle issues as needed. Are there any changes in product/service availability? No. All our products and services remain the same. Are there any changes to timelines or delivery dates? No. The only exception may be if we are ordering hardware or printed marketing materials from another vendor who experiences delays beyond our control. What’s the best way to reach you?
