TeamWe are going virtual for a few weeks! We will have 4 Zoom F45 classes/day during the week and then 1/day on the weekends. No equipment needed, book into your classes on Mind Body as normal, and you’ll get your Zoom link via email 10-20 minutes before class starts. We will miss seeing your beautiful faces in person for now, but we will see you on Zoom and be back before we know it
