Slips and falls are one of the most common causes of foot and ankle injuries during the winter months. Remember to wear appropriate shoes and watch for icy patches on sidewalks. Wet shoes on tile and wooden floors can also cause a fall so be sure to keep that in mind too. Be safe this winter season!

With winter weather approaching make sure you have well fitting water resistant shoe gear for you and your family. If you are outside enjoying winter activities or just clearing your driveway, be sure to remove wet socks quickly. Keeping your feet dry and warm will not only keep them comfortable but healthy too!
