About how many cups of coffee do you think the average person drink daily? More than three-quarters of us drink coffee. And more than half say they drink it every day. Experts aren't sure what the health risks are -- if any -- if you drink too much coffee. That's why most suggest you stop at two or three cups. #coffeefacts
Simple and inexpensive ways to moisturize itchy, dry skin Dry skin occurs when skin doesn't retain sufficient moisture. This can happen as a result of frequent bathing, use of harsh soaps, aging, or certain medical conditions. And for those in colder climates, it can stem from cold, dry winter air. #DrySkin
You probably don’t give your bones a second thought as long as you’re able to do the activities you want to. But did you know that after age 30 you start losing bone density? In fact, women will lose up to 20 percent of bone mineral density in the five to seven years after menopause. And by age 65 men and women lose bone density at the same rate.

Reports indicate that the Blacklegged Deer Tick population is at an all-time high this year. Lyme disease is caused by the bacterium Borrelia burgdorferi and is transmitted to humans through the bite of infected blacklegged ticks. Typical symptoms include fever, headache, fatigue, and a characteristic skin rash called erythema migrans. If left untreated, infection can spread to joints, the heart, and the nervous system. Lyme disease is diagnosed based on symptoms, physical ...findings (e.g., rash), and the possibility of exposure to infected ticks. Laboratory testing is helpful if used correctly and performed with validated methods. Most cases of Lyme disease can be treated successfully with a few weeks of antibiotics. Steps to prevent Lyme disease include using insect repellent, removing ticks promptly, applying pesticides, and reducing tick habitat. The ticks that transmit Lyme disease can occasionally transmit other tickborne diseases as well. More Information: https://www.cdc.gov/lyme/
