The rain could not keep the Pottstown Community and Brother Knights away from honoring those who gave so much for our Country. Our Veterans and their families gave so much to all of us. Two of our Brother Knights, David Bohn and Andrew Wahko, were the recipients of the Glass Tear Hero award. Both men exemplify what it means to be Knights, selfless citizens, and devout Catholics. Their love for their faith and country is an example for all of us to follow. Thank you for all the veteran’s organizations that made the event possible and for Hamilton Pipe and Drums for providing outstanding music.

Last night I had the opportunity to visit St. Agnes School West Chester, PA for a quick hello to the faithful members of the Knights of Columbus, Council 1333 -... West Chester, Msgr. Schuyler Council #1333, my own Council, where once again they were working hard in the School getting it ready for its opening in September. They were also joined by parishioners and young adults. Fr. Costa, the pastor, like me and all my predecessors at St. Agnes have always been so grateful to the Knights for their generosity of time, talent, and treasure. They are a gift and a blessing to the people of St. Agnes!
