Good Morning to all my Fiamma Family and Friends!!!!!! Just wanted to reach out to everyone and tell you that even though Joey has a long rough road ahead of him he refuses to stay closed anymore!!!! His exact words were I’m opening I don’t care how I feel, cooking is my life my passion. Watching people eat my food and smile and come in excited to be at Fiamma gives me energy it’s the energy that keeps me going! So he has decided that without further wait no matter what we are REOPENING Fiamma on 10/13/20 next Tuesday!!!! Thank you for all the love and support through this whole ordeal, Fiamma would not be as special as it is without all of You. We can’t wait to start seeing all of you next week!! Hello Fiamma Family & Friends; This is extremely hard for us to share but we owe it to you all! In the recent 3 weeks Joey has had some serious set backs with his health! He had an unexpected surgery on 8/19 that has taken a very hard toll on him! Since then he has been readmitted into the hospital two times with complications and is currently still in Lehigh Valley Hospital on cedar crest! Due to his health right now and other set backs due to all of this we will have to pos...tpone our September 14 reopening until we have a full grasp from the Doctors as to how long he will need to fully recover. Joey is truly and completely depressed over not being able to reopen on Monday 9/14 and being able to see all the friends and patrons he has truly fell in love with over the last few years!!!! You all have become more than guest at our restaurant, every single one of you have become family to us and Joey along with myself and the whole staff will be back as fast as possible! We are sorry for any inconveniences that this may have caused for you! Please feel free to reach out to Joey or Rose for any other questions you might have on their cell phones or to just give him some warm words to try and lift his spirits. He will be heading home tomorrow from the hospital hopefully but will have a home nurse for a few weeks! We will keep you all posted on his progress and hopefully in the very near future he will have enough strength to get everything up and running again at Fiamma!! See more

To Our Fiamma Family, Effective Tuesday July 7th, 2020 we will be shutting down operation until the beginning of September. Over the past 5 months due to the pandemic, staffing issues and increased preventive precautions our staff and ourselves have been under an immense amount of stress and pressure. We need time to recuperate physically, mentally and emotionally. Thank you for all your understanding, compassion and support thru this time.
