Hi Hockey people, I sent to all those on our email list a detailed 6 part workout for your hockey players to keep them active and in shape! Let me know if you have any questions and if didn't receive it send me a PM and I can forward the workout again. You can repeat the workout through 2 different times for a cycle of 12 workouts! Hope this gives you parents a break!... I know it's a super tough time with kids at home driving their parents crazy. As a parent of 3 I totally understand. Along with making a living and paying the bills you have now taken on the role of entertainer, teacher, babysitter, coach, added to your responsibilities! Look for future emails. We are speaking with ice rinks as we speak to see who will be open and who will not and adjusting the schedule. It is our every intention to run some sort of camps this summer although as of now we are leaning towards doing small group lessons style camp instead a large group camp! If any of you parents care to offer your advice what you are comfortable with in a few sentences to us would help us determine where the mindset of the general public is.
