Start your stylist career in our 10-month Associate Program where you will work as a Salon Assistant and receive formal training, education, and hands-on career development with our team. This Associate Program is geared to bring energetic, talented stylists to the next level!

As Finlia Salon’s Customer Service Experience Specialist, you will be the gatekeeper to the guest and stylist experience! You will provide a warm presence in managing the reception area with busy incoming phones, coordinating all services for the full beauty experience and welcoming guests as they arrive to the salon, following all safety protocols. As our guests finish their services, you will guide them in selecting recommended retail products and in rescheduling their next visits. This position will require evening and Saturday availability. Schedule will be discussed in interview.

Hey Finlia Family! We just wanted to give you an update on everything here at the salon! We rose to the challenge of getting previously scheduled guests back in! And now we are moving forward with scheduling reservations for ALL of our stylists!!!! Yay!!! Thank you to everyone who has been so patient! It has been amazing to see all of you again! Thank you to our amazing guests! Your support is the reason we are still able to come back strong after a 4 month quarantine. We understand it can be frustrating to wait even longer than you already have been waiting due to this pandemic. Just know we are equally frustrated that we can not get you in right away. This is a unique situation that we are still trying to navigate. We are working hard at keeping the salon as safe as possible while maintaining a much smaller capacity than normal. In addition, we are working with backdated appts as far back as March. It is not an ideal situation but we promise we didn’t forget about you!
