As so many families struggle with loss during the pandemic, we admire Pat Monroe and Rose Hills' response to honoring loved ones and upholding the standards of dignity, professionalism and respect. Despite the pressure that hospitals and cemeteries face, dedicated individuals and understanding families work together to honor the loved ones they lost. We are lucky to be part of such a great team who devotes endless resources and aid to those who are experiencing the worst right now.
