We are hiring Packers and Utility on 1st shift. **1st shift schedule: 6:00AM-4:30PM **4-10 hour shifts... *Packers- $12/hour *Utility - $13/hour *Comprehensive benefits. *Paid Time Off *Associate Referral Bonuses! *Transportation from Lancaster City to Four Seasons Produce Packers are responsible for packing produce into trays, bags, or boxes; ensuring that product quality and package appearance meet customer requirements. Utility associates place produce cases and supplies on packing lines, maintaining a steady supply of produce and supplies for packing associates. The Utility associates then palletize finished product ensuring neat and stable pallets for storage and shipping.
