The AAMC Association of American Medical Colleges GREAT PhD Outreach Committee has organized a live Q&A session titled Getting into a Biomedical PhD Program for prospective biomedical science PhD applicants this Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 4:00pm-5:00pm EST. This will be an opportunity for students to speak with program directors on the application process and how it has been impacted from COVID-19. The time is here! The ISP 2021 is now available (scroll down) and accepting applications. ISP 2021 will be 100% online. Participants will engage in research, collaboration, complete their experiment, analyze their data, AND present their findings in a safe, socially distant platform.... Selected participants will either have a contact pick-up or be shipped all materials and equipment required to support their home-research lab!! We are in our 3rd consecutive year for offering an All-Philadelphia section! Applicants may choose to select this option. Applications for the 2021 ISP session will launch the week of October 5th! Students will need internet access and a device (phone, tablet, laptop, or desk top computer). ALL materials, supplies, and equipment will be mailed to the selected participants and live-time instruction will happen and our presentation event will mirror international and national science conferences.
