Delicious Marianna's hoagies and pizzas are on sale right now! Hoagies are $8 and pizzas are $9 each. Please help the Library by ordering some. Here is the order form and the descriptions and prices of the pizzas and hoagies. Your payment and order form must be turned in to the Library by Tuesday December 8th...you can mail it in (the address is below) or drop it off at the front desk. Your orders can be picked up in the Library's Community Room Friday, December 18th betwe...en 8am and 10:30am. Call 931-0032 if you prefer to have your order brought out to your car when you get to the Library. Payment accepted: Cash (if paying at the Library when you drop off your order form) or check, made payable to "FHAPL". Orders must be prepaid. Happy Friends of the Library Week! Thank you, Friends, for all you do!

"Teachers as Readers: Reading and Writing Biographies" will be held online Tuesday, October 20 via Zoom. KSLA business meeting will be held at 6:30pm, followed by the program/discussion from 7-8pm. To register for this free meeting, please email Pat at [email protected]. Note: Attendees are asked to pre-read a biography intended for students, and we'll discuss how to use it for their own writing of a biography. Teachers earn 1 hour of PDE Act 48 credit.

Wreaths and pecans! Orders for Holiday Wreaths and Fresh Pecans are being taken now. Order forms are at the Library, outside the Friends' bookstore, or you can print order forms from this post and mail them with your check to the Library or drop them off with payment in person. Wreaths must be prepaid and ordered by Nov. 18; pickup is at the Library Nov. 30 from noon-6pm; pecans must be prepaid to reserve your bags; delivery date is to be announced.
