Happy New Year!!! A new year is like starting a new chapter in your life. It's your chance to write an incredible story for yourself! We hope that we can be part of your story as you continue on your fitness journey. We are heading back to the studio for in person classes on January 4th. We are also in the works to be able to offer virtual classes, if you aren't ready to come back. We will have more details soon!!... There have been some changes to the schedule. Make sure to check it daily!! AMPD has brought us another amazing format that we are very excited to bring to the studio!! Be sure to check out AMPD Build, a 30 minute pre-formatted class focusing on interval and varied intensity training - some of the most effective ways to burn calories, build muscle and improve cardiovascular endurance. We also have an entirely new format coming to the studio. WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music.
