Loved this episode from Tiffany Daley with Breakfast at Tiffany’s! She has a GREAT recipe for a simple, high protein, vegetarian Mac and cheese! I am impressed with her creative ideas and flair for making healthy food taste great. * * Recipe addition: add Nutritional Yeast to the recipe to make it extra creamy and add Vitamin B12! *... * Healthy grocery tips (as asked in the interview): (1) Fresh fruit and vegetables to add to all meals and snack on (yes, when you are hungry and think you want that left over chocolate, you can be satisfied form an apple) (2) Nuts, Seeds, Dried Fruit - stores well and easy t transport (3) Dry Smoothie/protein powder mix - then on the go I can just add water and enjoy! (4) Almond Milk - lasts longer than cows milk and is much healthier! See more
