It can be as simple as an acknowledged full breath and exhale of her air. It can be the listening to birds, a walk, a stroll, a planting or prayer. The options are plenty. The important thing is to just do.

Hello Valued Friend of the Farm, Our program has recently collaborated with the Leadership Franklin County Community Class and has been assigned a team to help with the FF/FCSS Strategic Plan update. One of the first steps in plan development is analysis of the program as it exists currently.... Please share with us your opinion on Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats which is presented via survey format. Survey responses requested by Friday, December 18.
