Thank you David Treadwell, for this inspiring article of the Fulton's partnership with Maine State Music Theatre. The arts are most definitely stronger together! "Fans of both MSMT and the Fulton can rest assured that under the leadership of these two consummate professionals, the shows will go on."

FINISH LINE FRIDAYS! In keeping with the theme of historic preservation, these beautiful Lunette Windows used to be upstairs in the Academy building, which served as an actor's apartment. These windows will now add to the great view of Prince Street from the new Fulton Boardroom. For more information on the Break Out Performance Campaign or how you help get us to the finish line by donating today, visit theFulton.org or contact Nicole Hackmann, Director of Donor Relations and the Breakout Performance Campaign, at (717) 394-7133 ext. 131. by Eric Pugh

FINISH LINE FRIDAYS! Last Friday and Saturday, the Fulton welcomed the Breakout Performance Campaign's top donors onto the new building site for a traditional "toping out ceremony," with a twist (due to COVID restrictions). Supporters were able to sign the back wall of the new lobby space, which is the future home of the new bar. Though this wall will not be visible when the lobby is finished, they were able to leave their mark for generations to come! We appreciate ALL of o...ur donors who support the Breakout Performance Campaign and the Fulton Theatre. We could not make the ART happen without you. Help us reach the Finish Line, for more information on how you can support the Breakout Performance Campaign, and be part of future events contact Nicole Hackmann, Director of Donor Relations / Breakout Performance Campaign at (717) 394-7133 ext. 131. #FultonTheatre #FultonsBreakoutPeformanceCampaign by Eric Pugh See more

FINISH LINE FRIDAYS! In today's update for the Breakout Performance Campaign, we continue with the preservation of history. This includes the preservation along Water Street. DID YOU KNOW?! In the early 1700s, a stream flowed down what is now Water Street. To this day, it continues to flow beneath the road. A road was built and covered up the stream in the 1870s, along with a railroad track (the Fulton was built in 1852), where it remained until 1972. The tracks gave travelin...g theater companies a place to off-load stage equipment through the stage doors behind the Fulton. To the left, you can see an old photo (Lancaster Newspapers) of the train passing by those stage doors, and a current photo of the preserved doors below it. The photos on the right shows an old Lunette Window, which had been boarded up in the apartments that existed prior to the Fulton Renovation. Thanks to Historic Restorations in Lancaster, who brought this beautiful window back to life for our new Ann B. Barshinger Artist Village. The pictures show you the inside (Designated the STAR apartment) and outside view. You may also remember this building on the corner was yellow, Ville Painters stripped the old paint off the building and Haldeman Masonry repointed and restored the brick, bringing back the buildings historical luster! For more information on the Break Out Performance Campaign or how you can donate to help get us to the finish line, visit theFulton.org or contact Nicole Hackmann, Director of Donor Relations and the Breakout Performance Campaign, at (717) 394-7133 ext. 131.
