We are extending the open hours of both clubs beginning this Monday, April 26th!

The first week of Spring is already over! That means Summer is less than 3 months away! Start working on that beach body with a Full Body Strength Class (Harleysville) or Bootcamp (Souderton). Both at 8:30am Saturday morning!

A Christmas message from Julian:

Genesis Fitness Center Members, Unfortunately, I must temporarily close both Genesis Fitness Center locations from Saturday December 12, 2020 through January 4, 2021 according to Governor Tom Wolf’s new COVID-19 mandate to close all health and fitness facilities in Pennsylvania. I support the Governor’s goal to reduce COVID-19 infections, hospitalizations and deaths in PA. However, I strongly disagree with his decision to close health and fitness facilities to slow the spread... of COVID-19. To date, I’m not aware of any scientific statistical studies that have been conducted that show that health and fitness facilities are COVID-19 spreaders. To the contrary, the global fitness industry has provided numerous statistical data taken from research conducted at fitness facilities throughout the world after they were able to reopen that studied visit to virus ratio. The results of these studies concluded that health clubs and fitness facilities are not contributing to the spread of COVID-19 when following all the COVID-19 safety guidelines and protocols. As you are aware, Genesis Fitness Center and each of you have been following the CDC and PA health guidelines and protocols in order to provide a safe exercise environment. I believe our civil liberties protect each of us as American Citizens with having the right of personal choice to do whatever we can to protect ourselves and our families. Including having access to the necessary facilities, equipment, and services we pay for to stay mentally and physically strong during this national pandemic. It is very hard for me to have to close again. Small businesses, families and individuals are forever being changed by this deadly pandemic. This is truly a difficult time for my business, my staff, and you our valued members of the Genesis Fitness Family. Effective December 12th until we reopen, I have temporally stopped all monthly dues. You will not be charged for the time we are closed. I got into the health and fitness business 35 years ago because I genuinely wanted to help people. I know how bad so many of you want to continue to come to the gym to exercise. I am committed to reopening both Genesis Fitness Center locations. I want to thank all of you who have remained part of the Genesis Fitness Family. By God’s grace when we are able to reopen, we will once again be Stronger Together Julian & the Genesis Team
