This evening, we're looking forward to launching our FIRST GiGiFIT Kid 12 week session. Registration is now open for participants with Down syndrome ages 5-12! It will run from Jan. 6th through March 24th, on Wednesday evenings at 5:00pm. Registration and physician form required for participation. Sessions will start virtually this evening. We plan to return to in person sessions later this month or throughout the session. Please have an adult ready to assist 1:1 at home to coach and prompt during the session this evening. We are so excited to be partnering with college students from Penn State Women in Business for a Power of Us week-long virtual events to raise awareness and funds! There are great sessions to attend in the evening the week of Jan. 25th, including paper airplane contest, PB&J Sushi, and virtual game night. We are so proud of our GiGiFIT participants that have committed to getting fit over the past two sessions! We have seen such improvement in each of them! We are glad we can still offer this program virtually on a weekly basis. We are also excited that we can now start offering GiGiFIT to our kids ages 5-12 virtually in January!
